These pictures were taken shortly before a mental breakdown. It’s hard to remind myself that I’m just a singular person in a huge world sometimes. I’m a small person with big feelings and allowing myself to feel those sometimes is totally okay. I don’t have to be okay all the time. Anxiety, depression, and ptsd are a part of me but they don’t define me.
