Posing after the shower 🚿 after a good workout... ! I emphasised on the back this week.
It is good to stay one more week in my current city to have an appropriate training plan. Traveling intensely and changing from a place to another place the last months has been draining even if it is obviously amazing.
I will go to new places soon and will adapt the training accordingly to the gyms I will be able to find here and there.
