

** update** each sunday i reflect on week and contemplate my goals for myself. am I on track? if not, what do I need to do differently to get back on track? something that is important to me that has fallen off my radar is discord. thinking back to The Happiness Movement during lockdown and how close I felt to you guys during such a hard time was AMAZING! I want that again, I want to understand you more. I want to learn from you.
