I'm pretty backed up with dms but I will slowly catch up in the coming days. this last weekend was emotionally draining and unfortunately required lots of neglecting of self-care. With my health conditions, ignoring my needs shows physically on my body by making me sick sick and inflamed. I need to work on honoring this side of things more. it probably isn't obvious to lots of you, but communicating at my fullest exerts a lot of my energy. Giving my all to someone whether it be through a messaging app, Snapchat, a custom video, or through streaming can be draining if I'm not taking care of myself. And when I neglect myself in order to please someone else, that's when I burn out and feel like this. And this last weekend I did only that. I put you guys 100% before myself because I thought I could handle it. And now I'm feeling it ever so intensely. So I need to recenter myself. I'll be sending out throwback Thursday as soon as I'm awake and alive then it's time to recoup. Thank you for your patience. Love you guys lots <3
