My goals for last week were: ✔️ get outside every day, ✔️ eat clean, ❌get online every day that I'm scheduled, ✔️ put sleep above all else, ❌focus on morning routine, I skipped out streaming july 4th, aaaaand I had a morning routine until Wednesday hit :D so, I'll work on these this week! Ze's 5 Intentions for the week of July 5th: ღ focus on a morning routine - walk, meditate, journal, hydrate THEN look at phone. ღ organize my calendar - organize a bank day to do bookkeeping and track spending habits, a content day, a reflection day to go through my journal and pick out the patterns I'm seeing over, office day to organize photos and content, and a meal prep day. ღ i'd like to lift 5 times this week. arms, legs, and abs + running 2 miles. ღ get online Wednesday - Sunday! ღ learn something new every day and share what you learn on fridays! absolute to-do list: დ contact trauma center in NYC დ taxes SENT by Monday morning! დ movie night saturday at 8 pm! დ call pharmacy to ship thyroid medication to my parent's place დ flower video, rebill video, flower photoset
