This means you won't burn as much! Obviously, if you're outside for 2324235 hours, you'll burn eventually, but what scientists found is the people who worked out in the sun each day, typically farmers, who had a low carb, protein-rich diet, free from processed food and sugars had NO signs of skin cancer. None. Not even one farmer had melanoma. And in fact, skin cancer rates didn't increase UNTIL CANOLA OIL AND PROCESSED SUGAR WERE MADE MORE READILY AVAILABLE! Isn't that just.......fucked? Experiment I did with myself: I've been cheating on my diet because I've been stressed. Cheating on my diet means sugars and carbs. And I don't have a limit when I cheat, I just go ham.
