I investigated it and realized that the problem occurs for all of you and it has always happened (since when I started broadcasting here on Onlyfans).
To try to solve the problem, I have changed my professional canon camera for a webcam thinking that the image from my professional camera was too heavy for Onlyfans and that the webcam would adapt better, but I didn't get better results.
I tried to broadcast exclusively in Onlyfans and not to open any other page or broadcast anywhere else, but I didn't get better results.
I tried to change the browser. I tried explorer, chrome, firefox ... and nothing!
I sent an email to Onlyfans support and that's the answer I got:
Hey there, thank you for coming back.
We have forwarded your inquiry to our development department for further investigation.
The thing is that our live-streaming feature is currently in the beta testing stage. It is a very ambitious feature, but we are still committed to bringing it back with much better quality, compatibility, and enhanced experience. Rather than incremental updates, live-streaming requires a complete reboot, and we aim to launch it for all users within the next couple of months.
