After getting no sleep at all last night due to my mind racing, this morning I received a steroid injection in my ear to hopefully help treat sudden hearing loss that I was diagnosed with several weeks ago (in my right ear). I was on oral steroids for a few weeks, but they've stopped causing any improvement in my hearing, so the doctor decided an injection was necessary. It was a really uncomfortable experience receiving the injection, as they did not use a numbing agent, and it stung for hours. I've felt exhausted, weak, and sad today.. I just want my hearing to return to normal, and l'm hoping this injection I received today will provide some improvement. If you feel like sending a tip as a gesture of kindness and care, It would mean a lot to me. I wanted to work this evening, as well as message some of you, and also make a custom, but It turns out I'll be staying quiet and low-key. Warm Wishes - Jen 💜
