Added 2023-11-18 01:01:29 +0000 UTCπͺ DAY 15 of my 30-day Becky's Bomb Ass Body Challenge COMPELTE β οΈ Today, I worked my abs and glutes π I started with a nice warm-up on the treadmill before heading over to the inclined ab bench and killing my stomach with millions of various exercises π₯΅ I did NOT want to do anything that resembled a sit up after the first 40 minutes of today's workout π After that I started on my glutes circut π I was able to add more weight to both my leg press and my hip thrusts today!π That booty is PLUMPING up for sure! π It feels like it has taken a long time to see results, but now I can see progress. π₯³Seeing progress helps keep me motivated to get back to it everyday π Thanks for hanging with me!ππ₯ For the next 30 days, I am hitting the gym to plump my ass and firm my body into a tight fitting cock pocket!π¦ Follow along with me here!
