

πͺ DAY 12 of my 30-day Becky's Bomb Ass Body Challenge COMPELTE β οΈ Today, I was back at the gym working hard, building that hot body πββοΈ I started with a 10-minute run on the treadmill. I love that feeling of my long ponytail swinging back and fourth as I run π Then I worked my upper body with free weights πͺ There was ONE exercise that DESTROYED me: dumbell presses with my legs hovering off the bench!π« I had to focus every second of that exercise!
