



💪 DAY 11 of my 30-day Becky's Bomb Ass Body Challenge COMPELTE ✅️ Today was my upper body day 💦 I warmed up on the stairstepper 📶 Wow! That really makes your thighs and glutes BURN 🔥 There are so many cool upper body workout mechines at the gym! So far, the bench press was the hardest for me to do🏋♀️ It became a little intimidating towards the end of my set 😅 I also worked my abs today.
