This is a topic I feel very passionately about, as well as how corrupt not only our law enforcement is, but how void of humanity those who write these laws are too. Judicial law focuses primarily on punitive and carceral responses to “crime,” which only perpetuates a system of harm rather than healing. How can we reimagine accountability through care and rehabilitation ?
