No squats today as my back still isn't feeling ready. 8 sets of leg press 4 sets of weighted calve raises 4 sets of seated calve presses 6 sets of leg extensions 6 sets of lying leg curls 3 sets on an abductor machine for glutes 3 sets on abductor machine for inner thighs 2 sets of 4 step calve raises. 25 reps per step.
