Added 2020-08-12 09:55:17 +0000 UTCA lot of you have been requesting workout videos! Here is me doing 100 Bicep pushups, 60 Cross Crunches as well as 60 Bicycle Crunches. The pushups are really good for your core and biceps, the crunches both styles are good for your upper core. I always go for high reps low weight when I’m at the gym, so when I’m doing body weight exercises I’m always doing high reps. As you can see I’m on hardwood flooring so it hurts a little bit to do the bicycle crunches without having my arms keep my tailbone off the floor. Just make sure to really squeeze your core and breath during these exercises! Breathing while doing these is very important so you don’t strain yourself, stretching is also important! I know this isn’t the sexiest thing in the world for some of you, but I hope it’s helpful to those that have been asking me questions!
