I spent yesterday afternoon on the (very) exposed front lawn of my cute lil beach bungalow listening to lectures, taking notes and completing assignments interspersed with some reading. This week marks the beginning of a year long journey with the Integrative Institute for Nutrition to not only improve my own personal health & wellness but to also become a holistic health coach! Iām so freaking giddy with excitement. This has been a long time coming, and I honestly wouldnāt have been able to pursue this dream if it werenāt for your support hereš„° Already resonating so deeply with what Iām learning and canāt wait to share some of it with you.
