My home nearly caught fire from this. I worked at a cat rescue to find out they never intended to pay me--which took over most of my month AND Christmas. I have not been able to have a good holiday all of 2022. I spent a chunk of December without hot water and electricity. No option to shower. During a blizzard with -20 temps. I have been struggling for a while. All that being said, please lead with kindness. I should not have to give a list of my hardships to have y'all treat me like a real person.
