Added 2021-05-09 18:29:43 +0000 UTCSunday morning at my condo....the look on my face is so serious when I'm composing / improvising / fucking around on the piano. It's a type of art therapy. My mind is wandering off somewhere. I'm staring out the window thinking something I can't remember now. It's just nice to have something pretty to do with my fingers while I wake up. The sound of the piano keys floats in the air and it's a strange type of meditation. Watching the video I realize how my face might look sad or dark. Often when people see me like this they comment, afraid that I'm not happy, wanting to change my mood. No thank you. Life is up and down and all around. You see me bouncing around happy and now you can see me looking serious and deep into the universe. All may exist. All parts are welcome. Speaking of parts...does anybody know about IFS therapy?
