I flop onto my bed, grab my favorite scent, spray a bit on my wrist and take a slow inhale with my eyes closed. It’s like a ritual: I feel me, not some image, and I see me, not a filtered version. Sometimes I cozy up with a cup of warm tea and soft music in the background — and just breathe. A little homegrown meditation that brings me back 🥰
