I have made the exxxecutive decision to go commando at work today because my thong was super uncomfortable and it’s already so hot🥵😛Much much comfier now
lil bts secret: when i’m recording photos or videos i usually end up getting turned on and distracted by playing with myself 😂🙃 these photos were taken during just such distractions
I have a whole lot of these so I’ll space out posting over a couple days because sometimes I’m a tease 😛
Also I’m in the midst of three days off (in a row?! unheard of) and couldn’t be fucking happier about it. I hope y’all have a great day 🦇
5/29/21: The Empress. In this exact moment, what in your life offers you pleasure? How can you appreciate the existing gifts around you more? Overindulgence isn’t always the move but when we see the Empress it’s often an invitation to sensory pleasure.
5/27/21: The World/The Universe. Take the next opportunity to rest and recognize that every time you do it’s a powerful choice. Comfort and contentment can never be permanent states but they’re an essential part of every cycle.
5/28/21: Four of Cups. I’d like my cards to never again nag me about my flimsy emotional boundaries, please and thank you 😂. In this card, we’re either giving too much of ourselves, to our detriment, or we’re emotionally isolating and blaming everyone else for self-imposed loneliness.
Hello! I’m sorry this is only a text post of the reading. If you want to talk about it further please dm me I’m happy to! The first eclipse of 2021 is h i t t i n g m e h a r d. This eclipse in Sagittarius happened at 7:14 am EST/4:14 am PST this morning - a total lunar eclipse and “blo0d moon” because the moon turns red during the eclipse. I feel like I’m inside of a portal, but I don’t know if I can articulate that in any more detail.
During a lunar eclipse, one of our luminaries (the sun and the moon), goes dark. There’s the dissonance of being thrust into darkness during a full moon, a tension. And, Mercury stations retrograde on the 29th. But remember we don’t fear retrogrades here! Mercury retrograde is an opportunity to invert our approach to communication, to information. The shift from urgency/efficiency/yield to caution and deliberation. The eclipse is also an opportunity to simplify and let go of harmful distractions.
I pulled three cards and didn’t ascribe any placement for them. This felt like a very straightforward spread - only what is necessary. From left to right:
The Ten of Swords
Temperance
The King of Cups
Temperance is the card that corresponds to Sagittarius in the Tarot. I like to see these correspondences as ways that sign grow, a powerfully nuanced version of that sign.
The message of this reading is “slow down,” with a real feeling of tension behind it. We’re all feeling pressure (The Ten of Swords), and we need to recognize the ways in which it’s self-inflected. Does holding ourselves to such constantly high standards serve a greater purpose? Does that kind of tension enrich our lives? Temperance indicates that it’s only by slowing down that we can answer these questions and reaffirm our goals and vision. By not fixating on that vision, by resting our eyes (and the rest of us).
This isn’t something that responds to exertion of will. Best not to create more effort than is necessary. In Temperance, what we need comes from doing the opposite of what our inner critics are telling us to do. Exploring other truths.
And through Temperance we reach the King of Cups. This card pictures a swamp, and our feet might feel stuck in the mud right now, but that habitat is also incredibly bio-diverse, intricate, and fecund. Borderline chthonic (of the underworld, the depths of the earth). So which part are you paying attention to right now? The personality of the King of Cups deals with emotional depth, shadow selves, how we live with our pain. This portal goes to the parts of ourselves we try to avoid, that we can only really see when one of the lights goes out.
The feeling of pressure created by the 10 of Swords, released with a giant exhale in Temperance, is like swimming to the bottom of the pool. We’re still breathing, and when we come up for air we’ll feel transformed as if we’ve gone through the looking glass. Embrace it, the only way out is through. Rest, reset, take a breath.
5/26/21: The Seven of Wands. Keep it simple, stay focused. If distractions are coming your way, examine whether indulging them serves a larger goal. If not, let them go. We’re literally just coming off of a total lunar eclipse/full moon in Sagittarius and I’ll have a collective reading for you this evening. 🖤🦇
5/25/21: The Lovers. The moon in Scorpio sextiles Pluto in Capricorn. In Modern Astrology, Pluto rules Scorpio. This planet and sign are connected to excavation, the underworld, the depths. This aspect can support an unearthing of deep feelings. The Lovers is the card associated with Gemini. It’s just fucking cool that we get The Lovers after The Two of Wands yesterday, because the acceptance and witnessing in the Two of Wands is on another, more expansive level in the Lovers. The Lovers can represent relationships with others, or our relationship with ourselves. In either, this card can a celebratory and joyous feeling only found through radical acceptance and trust. Harmony is found by delving into the deepest parts of ourselves and witnessing what we find in the shadows without judgement. Also an apt message as we prepare for tomorrow’s total lunar eclipse.
Monday 5/24/21: The Two of Wands. Both/and. But/and also. In this card we create space for nuance, for holding two truths simultaneously, and the spiritual experience therein. The Two of Wands speaks to the duality of Gemini season but also the power of affirmation/validation/witnessing. When we hold space for someone else’s spark or inspiration, or someone offers that space to us, it’s magic.
Good morning 🖤🦇 Feeling grateful for a slow start today. I don't work until later this afternoon so I'm gonna enjoy my coffee, listen to music, work with my cards, and review the astrology of the week (lunar eclipse in Sagittarius on Weds!). Have a beautiful day!
The Sun is now in Gemini and my hair is purple (for now). Happy Gemini Season: get curious, flirt with reckless abandon, embrace the dualities of life!

5/18/21: The Eight of Swords. We all have insecurities unique to our experiences, traumas, wounds, personalities. It’s so easy to become isolated in self-doubt, but the challenge of this card is not to be defined by our insecurities.
5/17/21: Temperance. Be cool, honey bunny. All-or-nothing thinking is not innate to our being, but it is imposed on us. When we dispel that rigid mindset, even momentarily, we experience the divinity described by the Temperance card.
