My goals for last week were: ✔️ get outside every day, ✔️ eat clean, ❌get online every day that I'm scheduled, ✔️ put sleep above all else, ❌focus on morning routine, I skipped out streaming july 4th, aaaaand I had a morning routine until Wednesday hit :D so, I'll work on these this week! Ze's 5 Intentions for the week of July 5th: ღ focus on a morning routine - walk, meditate, journal, hydrate THEN look at phone. ღ organize my calendar - organize a bank day to do bookkeeping and track spending habits, a content day, a reflection day to go through my journal and pick out the patterns I'm seeing over, office day to organize photos and content, and a meal prep day. ღ i'd like to lift 5 times this week. arms, legs, and abs + running 2 miles. ღ get online Wednesday - Sunday! ღ learn something new every day and share what you learn on fridays! absolute to-do list: დ contact trauma center in NYC დ taxes SENT by Monday morning! დ movie night saturday at 8 pm! დ call pharmacy to ship thyroid medication to my parent's place დ flower video, rebill video, flower photoset

I'm not feeling the best on my autoimmune diet. And a bunch of emotions came back up with pornhub in the news. I tried to voice what happened, again, and was shut down. Lately, I've been trying to let life happen to me instead of resisting. Just riding things out as they pass, both the good and the bad. So, anyways, stretching felt sooo good this morning. If you're sore, physically or emotionally, stretching does wonders. Try it out with me :)

This mindset has not only helped me cope with the news, but has opened my mind to many new ideas. Only a couple of you knows that I’ve had this dream of starting a YouTube channel. I feel that I would do really well on the platform not only because I absolutely love love love creating content, or that I have an artistic eye, but because I have so much information to share with the world regarding health, healing, and sexuality. Furthermore, I feel that I have so many different things to contribute to the world whether it be around how I’m actively overcoming my PTSD, healing autoimmune diseases, reversing metabolic syndrome, health updates, sharing the fun facts that I learn through my education, and just stories of my sometimes hectic, tragic, and beautiful life. I’d like to think the channel would be stupidly educational and entertaining. I really do believe I have a shot at this. I have a lot of people both online and in my day to day life who tell me I’m this interesting person and that I should either write a book or start a channel. My talents lay within film, photography, and art so let’s try the channel out and see what happens? So I made a list for all things youtube! Eggs: eggs contain 9 essential amino acids +++ 27% selenium | 11% phosphorous | 6% iron | 16% iodine | 15% folate | 5% b2 | 25% b12 | 8% vitamin a | 9% vitamin D The yolks pack most of the nutrition. I try and eat 6 egg yolks a day. I usually poach them so they burst in my mouth perfectly! 2. Sardines: great source of b12, bioavailable (non-toxic) omega 3's, *when I say bioavailable, I mean this: vegans like to say that chia seeds have enough omegas for their diet when really, chia seeds contain omega 3, yes, but they only contain ALA. ALA gets converted into EPA and DHA when it comes from a bioavailable form. Chia seeds only contact ALA, the precursor to the final form. Sardines contain all 3. Step one: ALA ---> step two and three: EPA + DHA. 3. Salmon Roe: You only need a very small amount to get HUGE value. Two tablespoons has 4000 mg of vitamin d. Almost a third of the daily value. and 300 mg of riboflavin! And! I bet you didn't know salmon roe has close to 7g's of vitamin c! 4. Beef Liver: you'd think eating liver means eating toxins, but a grass-fed cow's liver doesn't store toxins in the liver. Beef liver is 100% a superfood, it has EVERY nutrient the body needs, including high sources of vitamin a! I actually get my liver in a supplement form because I'm not yet ready to experience the taste. :O

It’s called “search engine optimization.” If you google, for example, omega 3’s (a hot search term right) you’ll not only see product after product, but Google will actually show you pages of benefits AND *funded* research studies that are in favor of omega 3 supplements. Now, if you search “omega 3 lipofuscins” you’ll see a COMPLETELY different story! Or “omega 3’s yellow fat disease." You have to put in the right words…you have to trick your search engine in finding what the ACTUAL story is. Moral of the story: Always stay curious, my friends. Don’t trust everything you see. And stop taking oxidized omega 3's :D
