Today, I started with a 20-minute run on the treadmill π¦
It is an abs day for me, so we started in with some weighted sit ups β‘οΈ Those definitely had my abs burning π₯΅
I love the inclined lower ab machine. It works my lower abs so well, and I think the equipment makes it fun to do in general π
Something that really helped me to feel a deep stretch through my entire torso was hanging by my hands from a bar. My whole spine was decompressed, and it felt so good after working my abs π₯
I finished my workout by hitting the hydromassage to massage all of my hard-working muscles and help with recovery πββοΈ

πͺ DAY 12 of my 30-day Becky's Bomb Ass Body Challenge COMPELTE β

Today, I was back at the gym working hard, building that hot body πββοΈ
I started with a 10-minute run on the treadmill. I love that feeling of my long ponytail swinging back and fourth as I run π
Then I worked my upper body with free weights πͺ There was ONE exercise that DESTROYED me: dumbell presses with my legs hovering off the bench!π« I had to focus every second of that exercise!
My abs are coming in nicely, and I had to share some photos of my progress πΈπ

Today was a cardio, abs and glutes day for me π
My glutes are growing π my stamina is getting higher tooπ₯΅
I am working hard to get my six-pack abs πͺ
I did a LOT of lower body work today. My lunges were wobbly π
especially doing them at the end of my workout. I leveled up on my leg press and had to dig deep to power through β‘οΈ
It is all worth it! I can see the changes in my body and I like what I see π

Today was my upper body day π¦
I warmed up on the stairstepper πΆ Wow! That really makes your thighs and glutes BURN π₯
There are so many cool upper body workout mechines at the gym! So far, the bench press was the hardest for me to doπββοΈ It became a little intimidating towards the end of my set π
I also worked my abs today. I do exercises to tone my abs every time I work out π

Wow!! 10 days done already!
Today was legs and glutes with a little abs added in π
My booty is growing so firm and bubbly! I couldn't be happier with my progress so far!π
Today least favorite exercise was frog jumps with kettle bells πΈ OMG tjey make my legs so wobbly like jello afterwards!π
My favorite exercises today was the leg press and abs! πͺ
I love to hit the hydromassage before and after my workout, it is the perfect way tostart anf finish the day π¦
